Sunday, 5th July 2026

A steady, metronomic morning of racing defined the 12.7 mile TT on the NC13/C. Promoted by Rockingham Forest Wheelers, the lack of wind meant that the circuit offered no gifts and no excuses. From the start line, it was a lonely, standard-issue battle against the watch that saw the favorites hold their positions with predictable accuracy.

Early in the day, Richard Golding set the benchmark with a time of 00:29:26, throwing down the gauntlet to the rest of the field.

The leaderboard didn't stay static for long, as Jamie Murray stormed through the finish to lower the best mark to 00:28:00.

Ultimately, it was Paul Pardoe who proved to be the class of the field today. pacing his effort perfectly to stop the clock at 00:26:52 and take the win.

Sam McDonald put in a valiant ride to secure 2nd place with a time of 00:27:24, while George Fox rounded out the podium in 3rd (00:27:37).

In the Women's category, Carolyn Pfalzgraf took top honors with a fantastic time of 00:34:41. Sally Maitland followed in second place (00:35:36).

The battle of the Road Bikes saw Alex Whitmore emerge victorious, clocking 00:28:52. Chris Fowler chased hard to take the runner-up spot in 00:30:02.

A special mention goes to Hayley Moore, who produced the ride of the day relative to her handicap, beating her predicted time by +209s.
